The Woes of Adulting

Hi fam.

As an innocent, naive, and hopeful child, you likely daydreamed about one day achieving the sweet, sweet freedom of adulthood. But let’s be honest, being an adult comes with stress and anxieties that your younger self could never.

Last year one Reddit user asked the internet “What is an adult problem that nobody prepared you for?” Thousands of people chimed in, commiserating over the lack of summer breaks and how impossible it is to really clean the shower grout.

One good thing about getting older and navigating this so-called life is that we get to do it together. Good, solid peer support can help us stave off stress, anxiety, and even depression, playing a significant role in our overall well-being.
