Things we’re loving atm. **Mental Health Month edition**
Our ‘mentally I’m here’ Zoom backgrounds you can download for free.
iPhone wallpaper to remind you what’s what every time you open your phone.
These coloring pages to keep you grounded and maybe giggling, too.
It’s Mental Health Month. Let’s do less, yeah?
May is Mental Health Month and there are so many ways to advocate and take action, which of course, we love.
And while we love a good routine, self-regulation practice, anxiety hack and more, our Bare Minimum Mental Health Challenge is about doing less, not more.
So download our free Google calendar or PDF checklist so that for the rest of the month, you’ll have a daily prompt to help you mindfully reduce the cognitive overload. Just one short, simple action each day. No tracking. No exercises. Just small adjustments that will take something off your plate rather than adding to it.
Let this month be your excuse to mute the group chat. To skip the nonessential task. To remove that recurring meeting from your calendar.
Our hope is that this challenge will bring a subtle shift away from the constant intake and expectations of life and work. Not because you aren’t capable, but because it’s already May and you’ve likely had enough for now 😉
That’s all for this week.
