2023: Here* in review
Yes, yes it did. š
Happy end of the year, fam (someone please explain to us how time works).
As we count down these final moments of 2023, weād love to take a beat, share what weāve been up to this year and what weāre looking forward to in 2024.
The past twelve months have been full of ups and downs, wins and fails, ebbs and flows as we continue to address mental health stigma head on through education and vital conversations that matter.
Our work is far from over.
But today, we reflect.
ā£ļø Full of Feels
First up, we are full of feels and gratitude for our growing team, our committed collaborators, and bold, boundary-pushing clients for making moves in mental health.
This year we welcomed Quincy Caldwell, who is bringing method to our madness, creating incredible content that engages and educates, and cultivating community online.
Join her on Slack as she continues to engage and educate in the new year.
š Our favorite things to happen this year:
Advocacy for mental health in the workplace continues to rise. Here is how to get started.

āØ Making a Lasting Impact
Destressing the workplace: Our team continues to empower people to manage stress and prioritize mental health in their work and daily lives. This year, we delivered weekly mindfulness sessions to Indianapolis Public Library staff weekly and facilitated a mindfulness 101 workshop for the team at Engineered Innovation Group.
Empowering entrepreneurs: As entrepreneurs ourselves, we remain committed to supporting entrepreneurial mental health. This year, Meg joined the board of The Speakeasy, a non-profit committed to lowering barriers of entry to entrepreneurship. And our team hosted hundreds of entrepreneurs and innovators in our quiet room at Rally, a global innovation conference held in Indianapolis, IN.
Elevating startups: Partnering with teams at SecondMuse and Journey, we've designed and implemented effective people strategies that bridge business outcomes and mental wellness.
š® Looking Forward to 2024
We're set to raise the bar even higher next year, with a mental first aid initiative for campaign staff, more mental health training and community activation, and a curated selection of products and resources.
Mental health is more than a conversation ā it's our core mission. As we step into 2024, we hope you will join us in the commitment to changing minds about mental health.
